In the evening, the same space becomes your open-air dining room: a glass of wine and the sunset over Rogoznica. The barbecue is shared by the whole house — downstairs by the parking area, under the carport.

A bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed — just right for a couple with two children, a young family, or two friends on a long weekend.
A private entrance gives you the feeling of having your own home, not just a numbered room. In the living room you'll find a TV and a table for four. We set up a cot on request — just tell us when you book.
Kitchen & Bathroom
The fully equipped kitchen comes with a fridge, hob and dishwasher — fresh fish from the nearby marina can be on the plate within half an hour.
The bathroom features a walk-in shower and a hair dryer, thoughtfully laid out so your morning routine never feels like a race.

Pool, Beach & Village
The shared heated pool is just a few steps from the door, and a pebble beach with crystal-clear water is a five-minute walk away. Ražanj is a quiet Dalmatian village where the day is measured in coffees.
The apartment is on the ground floor, so there are no steps to the door. Parking is free in front of the house.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in: from 14:00. Check-out: by 10:00. For special requests (early check-in, late check-out) write to us in advance — we usually work something out.
What's the minimum stay?
In high season (July, August) the minimum stay is 7 nights; in the other months it is 3 nights. Call us if you need a shorter stay — in some cases we can make it work.
What's the cancellation policy?
Cancellation 14 or more days before arrival: full refund — we can still offer the dates to other guests. 7–13 days before arrival: 50 % refund. Less than 7 days before arrival or no-show: the deposit is non-refundable, as the dates were reserved for you. We always try to accommodate date changes; travel insurance is recommended.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. We understand they're part of the family — if you need pet-friendly accommodation, we'll happily recommend neighbours who welcome them.
Is the pool heated?
Yes, the pool is heated — swimming is pleasant from early May to late October, even when the sea is still cool.

We stayed in the apartment in September. I have to say, we really had a wonderful time. The apartment was lovely, clean, and spacious. Great location. The pool, dishwasher, and washing machine were a real bonus. The sea is just a stone's throw away. Shops and restaurants within 10 minutes. I think we'll be back.

I highly recommend this accommodation. We felt very comfortable; the apartment was clean and well maintained. The pool was definitely the highlight, not just for the children. Everything you need is close by: delicious restaurants, shops and of course, the beach (with plenty of shady spots)! The owner was very kind and helpful!

Very lovely apartments with a pool and easy access to the beach. Vila Second home is well situated close to the small stone beach of Ražanj/Varoš, with crystal-clear water. The owner is friendly and always happy to help. The apartments are clean and well equipped. The pool is clean and very well maintained. The owner checks the water quality several times a day. The house is newly built and therefore to quite a high standard. The house also offers a barbecue area, which I used several times to prepare fish, meat and peka. We have been coming to this house for five years now and we would definitely recommend it to others.
