What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in: from 14:00. Check-out: by 10:00. For special requests (early check-in, late check-out) write to us in advance — we usually work something out.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. We understand they're part of the family — if you need pet-friendly accommodation, we'll happily recommend neighbours who welcome them.
Is the pool heated?
Yes, the pool is heated — swimming is pleasant from early May to late October, even when the sea is still cool.
What's the minimum stay?
In high season (July, August) the minimum stay is 7 nights; in the other months it is 3 nights. Call us if you need a shorter stay — in some cases we can make it work.
What's the cancellation policy?
Cancellation 14 or more days before arrival: full refund — we can still offer the dates to other guests. 7–13 days before arrival: 50 % refund. Less than 7 days before arrival or no-show: the deposit is non-refundable, as the dates were reserved for you. We always try to accommodate date changes; travel insurance is recommended.
How does booking and payment work?
Submit your reservation via the form on the apartment page. If the dates are free, you immediately receive an email with the quote and a payment link. By card (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay via Stripe) the booking is confirmed instantly; for a bank transfer you scan the QR code in your banking app and we confirm once the payment reaches our account. The invoice arrives by email.
