Between Primošten and Trogir, where the pine forest meets the sea and time slows down. Here stands Villa Second-Home — our second home. A family built it with heart, stone by stone, until it became a place that smells of lavender, pine resin and summer before the rain.
Three apartments, each with its own story. Split for larger families — the biggest, spread across two floors with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and three terraces. Trogir and Rogoznica on the ground floor — intimate corners for couples. Where the rustle of pines wakes you, not city sirens.

I'm Franc Meke. The house in Ražanj grew out of a family love for Dalmatia — we built it over the years, until it became a home. I'm here all summer. I hand over the keys in person, point you to the best beach, and see you walking to the village for ice cream.
