OUR STORY
Between Primošten and Trogir, where the pine forest meets the sea and time slows down. Here stands Villa Second-Home — our second home. A family built it with heart, stone by stone, until it became a place that smells of lavender, pine resin and summer before the rain.
Three apartments, each with its own story. Trogir for families — two bedrooms, a kids' room and a living room with an extra bed, on the ground floor with no steps. Šibenik for two couples — the biggest, spread across two floors with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and three terraces. Rogoznica for a couple — a ground-floor retreat with a terrace facing the Adriatic. Where the rustle of pines wakes you, not city sirens.
Ražanj is a small fishing village on the peninsula between Primošten and Trogir, about 25 km from Šibenik and 50 km from Split airport. From the house it is 300 metres to the pebble beach, 400 to the family konobas, 500 to the grocery shop and 800 to the fishing marina — all on foot, no car needed. The heated pool is open from May to October, so the season lasts longer than just the summer.

I'm Franc Meke. The house in Ražanj grew out of a family love for Dalmatia — we built it over the years, until it became a home. I'm here all summer. I hand over the keys in person, point you to the best beach, and see you walking to the village for ice cream.
