Cookies and local storage are small entries a site can place in your browser. We use them minimally — for admin login, remembered language and theme, and the chat session. Anything that isn't strictly necessary runs only with your consent.
Essential
Without these the site does not work. We don't ask for consent — without them you couldn't use the service.
sh_consent_v1 — 1 year — Cookie · Stores your cookie choice so the banner isn't shown repeatedly.
sh_session — 30 days — Cookie · Identifies the logged-in administrator (httpOnly, secure).
sh_chat_token — Persistent — Local storage · Signed token to resume your conversation in the floating chat — without it, you can't see your earlier messages.
sh_pre_auth — 10 minutes — Cookie · Short-lived cookie during admin sign-in (between password and two-factor code).
sh_step_up — 5 minutes — Cookie · Confirms the administrator has just entered a two-factor code for a sensitive action.
Preferences
Remember your choices for a smoother experience. You can decline — the site still works, you'll just see the default each visit.
NEXT_LOCALE — 1 year — Cookie · Remembers the chosen site language (sl/hr/de/en).
sh-theme — Persistent — Local storage · Remembers the chosen theme (light / dark / system).
sh-theme — 1 year — Cookie · Remembers the chosen theme (light / dark / system).
sh_banner_dismissed_* — Persistent — Local storage · Remembers which notice at the top of the page you have already closed.
Analytics
Anonymous page-view counts. 1st-party, no Google Analytics. You can disable — no impact on functionality.
sh_anon_v1 — Persistent — Local storage · Random browser identifier for anonymous visit counting. No name, e-mail or IP address.
Marketing
We currently use no marketing cookies. If we ever add any (e.g., Meta Pixel for Facebook ads), we will ask for explicit consent.
Third-party content
When the apartment detail page loads a Google Maps embed, Google may set its own cookies. The map loads lazily — only after you scroll to it. More: Google's Privacy Policy.
Manage your consent
You can change your choice any time: click the cookie icon at the bottom of the screen (Cookie settings) or at the bottom of the footer. From there you can also withdraw consent entirely.
Clear in your browser
You can also clear all cookies directly in your browser (Settings → Privacy → Clear cookies). This will of course also clear logins and preferences on every other site.
Changes
If we add or remove a cookie, we update this page and the date above. Material changes are also signaled at your next visit (renewed cookie banner).
